In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Deposit of third-party funds: You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. kuy89 will not process withdrawals to any payment method not matching your registered Account identity. Deposits from third-party payment sources may result in the suspension of your Account and the return of funds to the originating account.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Member's Bonus Balance are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified; any unconverted Bonus Balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited.

Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside kuy89's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services. kuy89 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such circumstances but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kuy89 support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any verified, non-bonus Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
